the diabetes is the most known illness over all world. Its cause is glucose increase in blood  Because insulin production isn't enough. Because cells cannot benefit from glucose without insulin help.. Because it enter glucose into cells to be oxidesied. Diabetes has many symptoms..we will mention them 

Diabetes symptoms ::

(1) thirsty severe feeling

(2) hunger feeling

(3) exhausting 

(4)  frequent urination. Specially in night

(5) weak vision

(6) many fainting cases

But each symptom differ from one to one.. We will explain them simply

Thirsty severe feeling

If you drink one cup of water and feel that you need more water. That is because your cells need too much water due to severe drought because of sugar increase in blood.your body try to absorb liquids from another cells.if insulin isn't enough. Glucose will increase in blood Because it can't enter cell to be used to product power to move. If there is huge glucose amount. You feel thirst

Hunger feeling

When you have enough meal  You will feel that you are no longer hungry. Because your body doesn't benefit from all your food. It benefits from only part of energy. If your body is insulin resistant..you will need to get external insulin 

Exhausting 

Sugar is one of energy sources in body. Diabetes affects body ability of turning sugar into power. For that you will feel tired 

Frequent urination

Diabetes make you drink more liquids.. That make you to urinate many times per day 

Weak vision

Diabetes leads to weak invision

Fainting cases

When your cells don't benefit from sugar.. You feel dizzy because of energy decrease
